When you start with Datapact, you choose the shortest route to data-driven working. No heavy theory, but a practical approach with clear steps, tools, and guidance to apply data effectively right away.
The program consists of five modules. In Modules 1 to 3, the team takes center stage: clarifying the current level of data-driven maturity, setting shared goals, and activating KPI owners with clear KPIs and agreements. In Modules 4 and 5, the focus shifts to the KPI owners. They design the required dashboards, define targets and risks, and use PDCA to build a supported KPI management plan.
This way, we build step by step toward a data-driven way of working that truly lasts — from insight to action and visible results.
Datapact is designed for anyone who wants to steer with data — from policy to operations, from team members to managers. In the first three modules, the entire team builds the foundation together. In Modules 4 and 5, KPI owners continue by designing dashboards and applying data-driven steering.
By the end of the program, every team understands what data-driven working means, which goals and KPIs are leading, who is responsible for what, what information is required, and how KPI owners achieve their targets using PDCA.
Thanks to the practical and streamlined approach, the workload remains manageable: with an average commitment of two days per month, teams achieve sustainable data-driven working within three to six months.
In the Team phase, participants jointly build the foundation for data-driven working. In Module 1 (Status), teams assess their current and desired level of data maturity: where do we stand today, what works well, and what is missing? In Module 2 (Potential), they define their ambitions, explore where data can create the greatest impact, and translate strategy into concrete priorities. In Module 3 (Structure), these choices are converted into clear KPIs, responsibilities, and working agreements, captured in one shared Datapact.
After this phase, the team understands what data-driven working means, who steers on what, and how information contributes to better collaboration and daily results.
In the Owner phase, the focus shifts to the KPI owners responsible for steering and performance. In Module 4 (Design), they learn how dashboards and information provision should be set up effectively. They analyze their KPIs, determine which insights are required, and collaborate with BI teams on solutions that match their operational reality. In Module 5 (Action), owners focus on realizing improvements. They define targets and risks, apply PDCA cycles, and develop the capability to continuously adjust based on data.
After this phase, organizations have practical dashboards, sharp objectives, and ownership that leads to lasting data-driven steering.
Take the test, learn how data-driven your team is and discover how to grow further.
